White Out
Finally we had a snow storm today! It stayed over Montreal for just one day, but the ground was covered with 40-50 cm snow. It's horrible, isn't it? All cars, streets, houses and roads were covered with heavy snow. If we don't remove it, we can't go to anywhere! Most of Canadian have a snow blower and they removed the snow by themselves.. But Don't be afraid; according to Canadian, a snow storm isn't common and it comes 2-3 times in winter. When I heard it, I was really relieved.
One of my friends has never seen so many snow, so I told her about some plays with snow. We printed our body shape on snow.. I know we're like a kid!! But It's funny, isn't it? :D
My prints, is it sexy?
I hope that tomorrow will be sunny, because sunshine plus snow bears beautiful effect which I can't express with my childish English.. Anyway, I like snow.

Wow! It's very very hard snow!
Hi, long time no see. I'm pretty well. How about you?
In Japan, it's really cold in this weekend, too.
The highest temperature around my home(in Kyoto) is under 41°F.
Although you may know, the snow lie 76.8 inches deep in Niigata Prefecture!
Let's make it not catch cold to each other.
And, your print is...so good shape!(^^;
See you. Bye!
Hi!!
Thank you for your message! I'm fine and everything is good!
In Montreal, it's terrible cold these days, I think the average temperature is -10℃. (High:-5℃ Low:-15℃ & we use Celsius and the metric system in Canada, it's very familiar with us!:-))
But here, most of houses have a heating system, so I feel it's warmer than Japan.. everyday I wear T-shirt in my room.:D
See you, Take care!!
Do you know it will take about 5 days to remove what fell in only 1 day, and cost about $20,000 canadian dollars just to remove it!
(that's about 1,760,000 yen just for one day)
(Sapporo, receives an average of 5 meters of snow per year with a winter maintenance budget of about $80 million each year!)
Oops! I made a mistake, I mean it will cost $20,000,000 to remove the snow that fell Friday!!
That's about 1,760,000,000 Yen. (a lot of okonomiyaki)
and that kind of snow storm falls several times each winter.
