Happy Sweet 16

I found that today is a birthday of Hubble Space Telescope, Congrats! Today she turned 16-year-old! Wow can you imagine? she's been in space for 16 years.. hmm only at this point, I respect the United States and their technology.

I remember when I was in university I didn't know Hubble is in space, and I ask my friend "where is Hubble Space Telescope?" My friend told me "She is in space, are you kidding? why you don't know it? are you really studying physics?" ...well, it was almost 10 years ago.. time flies so fast..

Easter Weekend in Ottawa

Last weekend, I visited to Ottawa.
Do you know Ottawa? It's a capital city of Canada. There're some grand buildings such as "Parliament Buildings", but honestly there're nothing interesting.. (I'm sorry for my impolite :-p)

Hmm, Mr and Ms Canadian, please tell me what is interesting in Ottawa??

Lost In Translation

Finally I saw this movie. What a great movie it is! It shows what is different between western culture and Japan. When I was in Japan, sometimes I thought we have a strange custom in common life. But now I feel it much stronger, and this movie shows at this point clearly. If you see this movie, you can know that what would you feel if you're in Japan alone...

On the other hand, I had deep sympathy for a heroine of this movie... unstable, missing, boring, wired, confused... in another country. I think it's still difficult for foreigners to live in Japan, it's also difficult for some Japanese. :-p If you want to know the real Japan; especially Tokyo, I recommend you to see this movie.

I've never expected my 28th birthday is in Montreal..
It's amazing and a little bit strange.. :-)

Well, what do I want to do while I'm 28.

1. I want to have a job as a more responsible position.
2. I want to speak English more.
3. I want to meet interesting people more.
4. I want to enjoy my life more.
5. I want to stay with my family more.
6. I want to be sophisticated more.
7. I want interesting friends more.
8. I want interesting experiences more.
9. I want to work out more.
10. I want to go to the beach in South America or North Africa.

Lastly, I hope my next birthday will be in another country except Japan... :-p

Sentimentalist

Today, winter came back again.. we had snow again and it's still cold out side... :-(

Well, today I try to write down about my very private sentiments like typical girl's blogs. (I think everybody likes to know about someone's private stories :D) Anyway if you like it, please keep reading.

Now I'm listening to "You're my best friend" sung by Queen. I'd never realized that it's a very romantic and emotional song. When I was in Japan, one special guy sang this song for me. But at that time, I felt nothing. becasue I didn't know the meaning of this song and I didn't want to mix with friend and girlfriend (I think I told him that kind of thing.. stupid me!)

I'm studying English and I've started learning their culture. So, now I understand how much he loved me and I'm happy that I was loved a lot. I hope he'll find nice girl and love her like me or more. I loved you also, and now I still love you.. (in a different way, of course)
